Zeynep brings a thoughtful mix of health innovation, leadership, and community building to Societte. As CEO and lead of the Zurich branch, she is helping shape the vision of the community and build a space where ambitious women can genuinely connect, grow, and create together.
Emma brings strong founder energy, leadership, and vision to Societte. As CEO and lead of the London branch, she is shaping the growth of the London branch and helping build a community that feels both ambitious and genuinely supportive for women building meaningful things.
Karen channels her technical expertise and creative instinct into Societte - shaping brand positioning, growth and outreach, while advising on strategy and long-term direction. With a STEM background and a strong interest in content creation, she thrives at the intersection of analytical thinking, design and storytelling. As co-founder of Incador Jewellery, she has also developed a sensitivity to how storytelling shapes perception and value.
Fatima brings technical depth, product instinct, and an end-to-end builder mindset to Societte. As CTO and co-lead of the Lausanne branch, she shapes the platform’s technical vision while translating ideas into polished, scalable experiences. With a background in microengineering, full-stack development, and machine learning, she thrives at the intersection of technology, design, and ambitious execution.
Rose combines technical curiosity with a strong founder mindset at Societte. French at heart but shaped by 10+ years abroad, she is currently an engineering student at Imperial College London specializing in data science and machine learning. As the founder of a legal tech project, she is passionate about building impactful solutions at the intersection of technology and business. Passionate about AI and hackathons, she enjoys working in collaborative and creative environments. As Head of Events, she is excited to design meaningful experiences that foster connection, creativity, and community.
